Salvation

Are you ready to take the first step in your Faith? Jesus Christ is not only your Savior, but he desperately longs for an intimate, personal relationship with you. Entering a relationship with Him is simple. It takes an honest admittance that you are and could never be enough to save yourself and that you need Him. You then invite Him to live in you and reign in your life. The purpose of Team Church is and has always been to ultimately reach people where they are and lead them to full devotion in Jesus Christ. It is our hope that our purpose shines through in every service, every event, and every ministry. If you’re ready to take this eternally crucial step of faith, please, read through the information below, and then please contact us with any questions or uncertainties.

Who is Jesus?

Jesus is the Son of God. He is coequal with the Father God. Jesus was born to a virgin, lived a sinless human life, and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to Heaven’s glory and will return again someday to earth to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Jesus is the only way for people to be reconciled to God.Isaiah 9:63 – Matthew 1:22-2 – John 1:1-5 – John 14:10-30 – Acts 1:9-11 – Romans 1:3-4 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 – 1 Timothy 6:14-15 – Titus 2:13 – Hebrews 4:14-15

What is Salvation?

Salvation is God’s free gift to us, but we must accept it. We can never make up for our sin by self-improvement or good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God’s offer of forgiveness can anyone be saved from sin’s penalty. When we turn from our self-ruled life and turn to Jesus in faith we are saved. Eternal life begins the moment one receives Jesus Christ into his or her life by faith.John 1:12 – John 14:6 – Romans 5:1 – Romans 6:23 – Galatians 3:26 – Ephesians 2:8-9 – Titus 3:5
